It seems you are not really interested in creating a track that precisely must following streets ?
So you do not need the blue dotted navpoints that contains detailled navigation messages.

Just advise ...I am not an experienced guidance user...So you have to test this proposal set up !

I noticed in a very fast first on desk test that Locus maybe has a problem to point stable to the last finish position ?
In between all other track points these where in the correct order.
My starting position and the finish point position in this virtual test where close.
I had some continuous jumps between the Finish and Start point when positioned between Start and Finish position.

See attached design

What can you do ? You can create in Locus by the route and measure function a very simple track with only a few important points.
(Or by any other means using pc software etc).

Locus route and measure:

Place the Center cross at your start point :
Set start point (+) then proceed to next point add point (+) and so on and on. Do not use any autorouting service !
So all (= only a few) trackpoints will be connected by a straight line only, without following any known paths or streets.
It is up to you to find the walking paths when at place.

If you do not like the straight coloured track line between the few set points ?
Edit the track LINE STYLE in Locus, than save your 'styled' acitve track in use for point to point guiding
Even with a nearly full transparant track you will notice a green start and a red finish point.
It is possible is to show a second (street) track, but passive design on the map also. Not activaded for guiding !

Save your very simple desing (in database) or export (import) the created simple track.
A track without any Navigation points, so without any integrated directional info !

Before edit in Settings !
->
Guidance settings:
Show guidance panel: SET.
Tracks;
Set next trackpoint: 30 meter (= or your own preference)
Do not forget to confirm all new setting: by pushing SET !
Set notification of next direction change: OFF. Want alert sound ? SET.
"Out of route" notification: OFF
Advanced settings:
Strict route following:  SET
Notify on every trackpoint: SET
Ready.

Guiding:
Go to your start position:
Select track and push navigation arrow in the bottom line and then select Guidance.
In guiding button field in left above corner eventually push (once) Nearest point. Than ready to walk. Walk.

Need another guiding line ? See:
